➤ All seals, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Since skincare products are sensitive and hygiene is our top priority, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened or tested.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
