Damaged item or quality issue?

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us as soon as possible. Send an email to support@nakd-glow.com including:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• A photo of the item in question

The sooner you contact us and provide a photo, the faster we can find a suitable solution for you.

Received the wrong item?

Did you receive the wrong item? Please contact us immediately at support@nakd-glow.com including:

• Your order number
• The name of the item you ordered
• The name of the item you received
• A photo of the received item

We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

Important: The right of withdrawal only takes effect the moment your package is officially considered delivered. This is the case when the track & trace status indicates "Delivered". As long as your package is still in transit, the right of withdrawal cannot yet be invoked.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

• The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the moment of delivery.
• Within this period, send us an email at support@nakd-glow.com with your order number and the statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• The item must be returned unused, in pristine condition, and in its original packaging.
• After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.
